Make-up lessons are not guaranteed!!!

Attendance & Make-ups:

Make-ups are NOT GUARANTEED. 24 hours minimum notice is required and your teacher having an open spot in their schedule. If they do not have any open spots for make-ups that work with your schedule, that lesson will be forfeited. No Refunds or credits are given for missed lessons.

We are closed for 4 weeks every year w/ out refunds or makeups (Spring break, 4th of July week Thanksgiving week, Christmas week) This will still give each student 48 lessons/year due to the 5th lesson/month that occurs 4 times/year.

If the instructor is out for a performance, gig or out sick, a substitute will be provided for your scheduled class.

Tuition & Autopay:

All students must be enrolled in our Auto pay system. Our draft date is the 26th of every month for the future month’s tuition. Late payments, made 3 days or later from the due date, will be assessed a $25 late fee per student. 

To cancel future lessons, you MUST the office 30 days prior to the last desired lesson & fill out the Cancellation Notice Form below. 

NO REFUNDS or CREDITS are allowed for missed lessons.

30-Day Cancellation Notice Policy:

At Folsom Music Lessons, we reserve lesson times exclusively for each student. Because of this, we require a minimum of 30 days’ notice for any lesson cancellation or enrollment termination.

        A 30-day notice is required to cancel ongoing lessons.

       Notice must be submitted with this form.

       Tuition will continue to be charged during the 30-day notice period.

        No refunds or credits are provided for lessons scheduled within the notice period.

        Failure to provide proper notice will result in tuition being charged.

Why This Policy Exists

This policy allows us to:

    •    Maintain consistent scheduling for instructors

    •    Offer lesson openings fairly to students on our wait list

    •    Continue providing high-quality instruction and reliable availability
